KOUTARO IKURA(b.1979-)
Born as a elder son of an ceramic artit Toshio IKURA, the third generation owner of a ceramic factory at Yagyu in Nara. Yagyu village is famous as a village of swordsman. Kouraro has an excellent skill on making fine ceramics.
AWARDS: Grand pris of 61th art conpetition in Nara pref.
PRIZES: the 41th NIHONKOGEITEN of Kinki district, the 9th International ceramic competition in Mino,
the 58th NIHON-KOGEITEN of all Japan,
井倉 幸太郎 （いくら こうたろう）
1979年 剣豪の里、柳生で柳生焼窯元の長男として生まれる
2002年 大阪芸術大学工芸学科陶芸コース卒業
富士原恒宣氏に師事
陶芸教室「えるで」の講師に就任
2005年 柳生で作陶活動開始
2009年 柳生にて独立、築窯
現在、柳生焼窯元三代目 井倉敏夫に師事
家業の柳生焼を手伝いつつ、独自の「青磁器・白磁」の作品を制作し、個展等を中心に活動中
